Mid- May

Ooops!  I did it again!  I started a post, never finished it, and then accidentally had it post.  Michael sent me a text this morning asking if I meant to have a post with just four pictures and no text.  Um, no.  No I did not. 

ANYWAY.

Elliott came home from school on the 13th all amped because he won the raffle to be the teacher in his class on the 20th. 

Spencer's 8th grade promotion sign was finally ready that day (photo edited for internet safety).

Spencer also went to his first school dance that night. 

My attempts to photograph the lunar eclipse on the 15th.

Kevin on the 16th.

Elliott's 10 year 5 month picture on the 16th.

Elliott got to take over for his teacher for the whole day on the 20th.  

I dropped him off early and he attended a staff meeting in the library at 7:45.  They had donuts, and his teacher brought him Starbucks. 

He got his own staff badge and a whistle. 

I was able to go and watch him for about 20 minutes.  I did a lot of editing because there are names, etc on the walls.

We saw this on our morning walk on the 24th.  Disturbing. 

My friend Marva sent me this mug on the 24th.

Yesterday, the 25th, I attended the drive-thru promotion event at my school. 

After that, I went to the movies with Maryellen and her mom, and then to happy hour with my co-workers. 

Up next, the last day of 4th and 8th grades and then Michael's birthday.  I will try not to publish any more unfinished posts and cause confusion and chaos in your minds.
