A festive St.Patrick's Day

We had a very festive St. Patrick's Day at my mom and dad's house in Tucson.  

My mom's cousin John, and his wife, Patsy, spent the night at my parent's house on the 16th, but they left before the actual party started. 

We still had to get some festive pictures.

Later that afternoon everyone came over for lots of food and lots of green. 

Shockingly, this hat and beard combo was provided by none other than my DAD.

Raquel made green eggs and ham. 

My dad had bought my uncle a shirt while they were in New Mexico and it was unveiled at the party.

After we ate we took pictures of the whole group because we were all so proud of our accessories. 

It was a very fun day. 

Pre-Patty's

My manicure on March 8th.  I have no idea when I actually did it or took it off.  I just know that I took this picture on the 8th.

On March 11th the kids and I were on Spring Break.  We went to Target that morning and I bought these in the Dollar Spot for a get-together at Joni's house later in the week. 

On Tuesday the 12th the kids went to Tucson and on Wednesday the 13th my parents took them on a road trip to New Mexico.  They were gone from Wednesday to Saturday, but these are the only pictures I have.

In the meantime, Michael and I were chilling at home for a few days without kids. 

On March 15th I got the Knott's Berry Farm book I ordered from Shutterfly. 

That night I painted my toenails and we watched Bohemian Rhapsody, as are summed up here in one picture. 

On Saturday the 16th the Sisterhood had our monthly get-together at Joni's.  We ate tacos and guacamole and made taco and avocado pillows.

After Joni's house Michael and I drove to Tucson to reunite with our kids. 

Elliott was wearing his St. Patrick's Day shirt on the 16th, so we just went with it for his monthly picture.

Oops

Oops.  BIG OOPS.  I've somehow let more than a month go by without a single blog post. Totally unacceptable blogging behavior.  

I'm going to spend the next week or so getting caught back up with a bunch of random posts filled with randomness. 

We'll go back to where I left off.  February 26th. 

I had been waiting for this sweatshirt to go on clearance since November.  It was finally down to less than $20.  I can't wait to wear it in DECEMBER.

I also threw this dress in for Easter.

I went to lunch with my friends Chelsea and Stephanie.  We were hanging out in the living room after lunch when I called out to Michael to go get something from our room.  We were all surprised and delighted when he actually did it.

The kids brought their spring pictures home from school.  I took pictures of the pictures. 

And also, Spencer's 11 year 6 month picture. 

There.  That wasn't hard at all.  If I just do that about seven or eight more times we should be all good.
