First things first. Did the Easter bunny visit us on Sunday? Yes he did, as is evidenced by the bite marks in the carrots. He left a basket full of goodies too.
And what's this? Candy? What a nice bunny.

My parents played host and hostess for Easter dinner. Or lunch, I guess. It started at 12:30. What is so nice about having both sets of our parents in the same city is that holidays have blended. Spencer got to spend the day with all 4 of his grandparents. These goodies are from Michael's parents.

It's a bad picture because you obviously can't see it, but Spencer's face just lit up. He was delighted.

And he was just giddy over this bunny.

What do we have to do to take a good family picture?

The solution? Kick the behavior problems out of the picture. Trouble makers, the lot of them.

Spencer "enjoying" his lunch. He ate blueberries and that was about it. He's not a terribly good eater when lots of people are around.

My assortment of desserts. You wouldn't know it to look at them, but it took me a significant amount of time to bake all of this.
Coconut cupcakes with cream cheese coconut frosting

Lemon loaf cake

Carrot cake whoopie pies

First of all, your family picture attempts crack me up. Every. Time.
Second, looks like an awesome Easter.
Third, yes it looks like those desserts took you a LOT of time. If it were me, those would have taken 9 years to make.
Interesting how there is no frill on your pink cardigan. :) hehehe...
Also, the Easter bunny left Sara the same basket but in pink.
Carrot cake whoopie pies? Please don't ever post the recipe. I may never eat anything again.
