I have a Mother's Day post that will be shared soon, but first I wanted to let you know our big, huge news.
We have a walker!
No. Not THAT kind.
This kind!
Something clicked in Elliott's brain on Friday evening at Michael's parents' house. He just started walking. Finally.
We played outside on Sunday evening when we got home from Tucson. Elliott was much more enthusiastic about the grass under his feet than when it is under his knees.
These were Sunday night right before bed.
He is pretty pleased with himself.
He totally "gets" that we are proud of him and that he is doing something cool.
Monday morning.
He took an empty Clorox wipes container out of the recycle bin and walked around with it for about 45 minutes.
He went back and forth from our bedroom to the kitchen about 1.3 million times.
Up next for Elliott:
His first pair of shoes.

Yippee! He is so darling ahhhhh!!!!!!
Yes, your walker is a whole lot cuter than those other walkers. Haha! Way to go, Elliott!
You know, a newly walking toddler and a zombie actually have very similar gaits. You might want to keep an eye on him, especially if his expansive vocabulary suddenly includes "brrraaaaaains". Just sayin'...
Of course! Did we not predict that he would walk as soon as I left? At least he waited a couple of weeks and didn't start the day I left lol.
