The title is my attempt at being more creative than just "Thanksgiving Decorations- 2014". I took pictures of all of our Thanksgiving decorations moments before I took them down and packed them away. I don't really have a lot to say about them, so just scroll and enjoy.
See, I really didn't have anything to add.
And this next part is going to be brief too. This might be the quickest post of 2014.
Last week, on Tuesday, this is where I found Elliott after his non-nap. Safe. Real safe.
On Wednesday, before leaving to go to Tucson, we had to go for round 2 of allergy shots for Spencer. Round 1 was shut down by a stupid nurse who refused to give Spencer his shots the day before because he coughed when he went in to get them. Coughed. Once. He wasn't wheezing, he didn't feel sick, he didn't have a fever and he hadn't used albuterol. He just, coughed. So even though I went back there and explained that he pretty much coughs all winter long she insisted he had to be seen and cleared by a doctor before his shots. I was pissed.
So, we made an appointment and went back the next day. Long story short, the nurse that day thought the whole thing was ridiculous and had the doctor listen to Spencer's lungs in the hallway. The doctor agreed the whole thing was ridiculous, cancelled the appointment and said it was fine for Spencer to have his shots. Exactly what I had said the day before.
We still had to wait the required 30 minutes after the shots before leaving, but thank goodness we didn't have to pay a $30 co-pay or sit through a non-needed appointment.
I have two more posts to wrap up Thanksgiving and November and then we can move on to the festiveness that is December.

Bahahaha! Oh, Elliott. And that face? Too funny!
Love all the Thanksgiving decor. I think I might have *one* Thanksgiving specific item. I really should remedy that for next year.
Oh Thanksgiving...why must you always get the short stick with the holidays? At least you decorate more than most. The extent of my decorating was mostly Brody's creations. Ugh, how ridiculous was that nurse? Thank goodness the doctor was more reasonable!
Woohoo, I am reading a December post in December, yay! And I love that you decorate for Thanksgiving because I do too and some people make fun of me for it.
