Flashback Friday

I didn't really have a good idea for flashback Friday. I thought I'd just do some flashback pictures from early October 2007 and 2008, without necessarily telling a story. Maybe I'll do little sassy comments. This is like the blogging equivalent of CliffsNotes.

Early October 2007

Ginger looks terrified in this picture. Spencer was exactly 1 month old. Maybe it was sinking in that we were actually keeping him and Ginger was getting ready to run away.

My favorite sleep sack. Sometimes he wore it all day long.
He had been asleep for less than 5 minutes. He woke up right after this and it took me hours to get him back to sleep.

The first time Spencer wore pants that weren't attached to a one-piece.

Like father like son.

Early October 2008

Eating banana on the way to Tucson. This was before we got the DVD player and to keep him from screaming we had to feed him little tiny amounts continuously for the whole trip.

Hey. What are you lookin' at punk? I'll mess you up with these peach puffs and animal crackers.

What's that advice about not letting your kids play with plastic bags?

There's nothing to say about this. He's just cute.

We were beagle-sitting Megan's dog Archie. Ginger looks thrilled to be sharing the couch with another beagle and a baby.

Right after this he stuck his fingers in my mouth. Thanks Spencer.
Does he have a club foot or something?

I like how we were just letting him eat string. And instead of stopping him, we took a picture of it.
