Birthday Weekend

Today is the BIG 3-0. We're going to dinner with 8 good friends tonight. Tomorrow we're hanging out at home to celebrate Spencer's Big 0-2. My mom and dad and grandma are coming for dinner. I will have great photos (hopefully) to share soon.

Until then, please enjoy these hilarious pics. Spencer was running around naked before his nap yesterday. He got into my sock drawer and pulled on these sock slippers that I have. He was so, so proud of himself.

I edited this picture on picnik because 1) there are creepy people out there and 2) I don't fancy spending my birthday in jail on child pornography charges.

Even after I made him put clothes on he went back for the socks. He was wearing them again before bed last night. Crazy-almost-2-year-old kid. We bought Spencer a play kitchen for his birthday. We're going to set it up in the real kitchen. Slowly but surely the toys are creeping back into the front of the house.
